    Questions parents ask

    Is this an SAT prep course or tutoring?
    Both. It runs like a course, with a fixed length, a weekly plan and practice tests on a schedule, but the teaching is one-on-one instead of a group class. Your student works through the plan in the Sharp app and meets their tutor every week.
    When should my student start?

    By the start date listed for their SAT, to get the full twelve weeks. If the test is six to twelve weeks away, the six-week Crash Course fits better. If it's less than six weeks away, Sharp Coaching can start this week, month to month.

    How much does it cost?
    $1,199 for the twelve weeks, or three monthly payments of $409. That includes Sharp Pro through test day.
    How is it different from Sharp Coaching?
    Sharp Coaching is $89 a month, month to month, with a 30-minute check-in each month. The 12-Week SAT Course has a 45-minute session every week and a reviewed practice test every other week for twelve weeks, ending on test day.
    Who are the tutors?
    Every Sharp tutor scored 1500+ on the SAT and graduated from an Ivy League school. Your student works with one tutor for the whole program, and that tutor sees all of their practice in Sharp.
    Are the sessions online?
    Yes. Sessions are live one-on-one video calls, scheduled at times that work for your student.
